Journaling

These past few days (or weeks) I have been pre-occupied with a lot of things.  Most of those are school-related.  This is really a perfect time for me to reflect on things and to move forward after my MS.  I have been keeping a journal ever since 3rd grade.  And I have changed from one journal to another probably because I like keeping cute notebooks.  I have a few journals (hard copy) and I categorize the content depending on my feelings.  I also have online journal such as this which I post non-confidential entries.


My current status enables me to do a lot of spontaneous reflections which I hoped to remember when my journal is with me.  However, those reflections were just RAM (temporary).  And I could not recall any of those anymore.  So I guess, I should brought with me anything that could immediately record my thoughts.


Today:  I am thankful for the bread and milk tea that I had.  I am thankful that I was able to sleep during mid-day.  I am thankful that I do not get easily hungry during the day.  I really need to shed some weight.  I am also thankful that I was able to mix my healthy drink.  I am thankful for that food that I get to prepare for my little brother.


Maximize the silence that I have right now... :D
